Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Club Ciclo. By submitting an application or accessing the platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Club Ciclo reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately terminated without refund.

You must be a human individual — accounts created by bots, scripts, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.

Club Ciclo is a subscription service. The current membership price is $199 per month, billed monthly on the date you subscribe.

Club Ciclo accepts cryptocurrency and prepaid cards as payment methods. All payments are final at the time of processing. Due to the nature of these payment methods, transactions cannot be reversed.

Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to process payment via your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

Additional credits may be purchased at any time for use on extras beyond the base subscription (see our full credits and pricing details).

All prices are in USD. Cryptocurrency payments are converted at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or network transaction fees.

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@clubciclo.com or through your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the platform until then.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Club Ciclo is a private, members-only environment. You agree to treat your matched creator with respect at all times.

You may not: harass, threaten, or abuse your matched creator; attempt to solicit personal contact information (phone numbers, addresses, social media handles outside the platform); record, screenshot, or distribute any content from private sessions without explicit written consent; share your account credentials or access with any other person; use Club Ciclo for commercial purposes or resale; attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.

Violations of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All content created by creators within Club Ciclo (photos, videos, voice notes, live sessions) is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or share any content outside the platform.

Custom content created at your request is for your exclusive use. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with the creator.

Content involving explicit material is governed by our 2257 Compliance Statement. All creators are verified adults.

We aim to keep Club Ciclo available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

Creator availability may vary. Creators may take time off, leave the platform, or be unavailable. In cases of extended creator unavailability, we will offer a rematch.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our creators or community.

Accounts terminated for Terms violations will not receive a refund. If we terminate your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g., platform closure), we will provide a prorated refund for unused days in your current billing period.

Club Ciclo provides a platform for connection between members and creators. We are not responsible for the specific content of interactions, personal compatibility, or emotional outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Ciclo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Club Ciclo after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
