Refund & Cancellation Policy

Club Ciclo accepts cryptocurrency and prepaid cards as payment methods. Due to the nature of these payment methods, all transactions are final at the time of processing.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Prepaid card transactions cannot be refunded back to the original card. Because of this, all eligible refunds are issued as account credits, not payment reversals.

You can cancel your Club Ciclo membership at any time with no penalty.

To cancel, email hello@clubciclo.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings. Your membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Exception: If Club Ciclo terminates your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct (e.g., platform closure or removal of your matched creator), you are entitled to a prorated credit for unused days, issued to your Club Ciclo account balance.

Credits purchased within Club Ciclo are non-refundable once issued.

Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

If Club Ciclo terminates your account for reasons unrelated to your conduct, unused credits (excluding bonus credits) will be converted to account balance for use on any future Club Ciclo membership.

Because we accept cryptocurrency and prepaid cards, traditional chargebacks do not apply. If you have a billing concern, email hello@clubciclo.com and we will work with you to resolve it directly.

Fraudulent dispute claims or attempts to reverse valid payments through third parties are a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account termination.
