Club Ciclo is a private digital companionship membership service operated at clubciclo.com. When we say 'we,' 'us,' or 'Club Ciclo,' we mean the company operating this platform.

Application data: When you submit a membership application, we collect your name (or pseudonym), age, location, email address, and any optional responses you choose to provide.

Usage data: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. This data is anonymized and does not include personally identifiable information.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

Payment data: Club Ciclo accepts cryptocurrency and prepaid cards. We do not store payment card numbers, wallet private keys, or any sensitive payment credentials. Cryptocurrency wallet addresses used for transactions may be retained for record-keeping purposes.

To review your membership application and determine fit.

To operate the membership and facilitate your connection with your matched creator.

To send transactional communications (application status, billing, match notifications).

To improve the platform based on anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.

Supabase — our database provider, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Application and membership data is stored here.

Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Payment processing — Club Ciclo accepts cryptocurrency and prepaid cards. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed on-chain and governed by the respective blockchain network. We do not store payment credentials of any kind.

All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.

Application data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, whether your application is accepted or not.

Active member data is retained for the duration of your membership plus 12 months.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@clubciclo.com.

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

EU/UK residents (GDPR): You additionally have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We use a minimal number of cookies necessary for the platform to function. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Club Ciclo has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content, imagery, communication, or reference involving minors. This applies to every feature of the platform — including but not limited to messages, photos, videos, video calls, and any other form of content sharing.

Under no circumstances may any user share, upload, display, reference, or transmit any image, video, or content that depicts or involves a child or minor. This prohibition is absolute and applies regardless of context — including family photos, social media content, or any other framing. There are no exceptions.

Any account found to have violated this policy will be permanently banned immediately, with no refund of any fees paid. Club Ciclo will also report the violation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, and any other applicable authority required by law.

Before initiating a video call, all users are required to actively confirm their agreement to this policy. Continued use of Club Ciclo constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Club Ciclo is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at hello@clubciclo.com.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top. Continued use of Club Ciclo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
